Women and Girl’s Football Development Officers

This position will be within the Association’s successful and highly regarded Development Team reporting to the County Development Manager, responsible to the Chief Executive and working closely with the Football Association’s Regional Development Manager and the Greater London Girls Football Development Officer.
Specific areas of work will include:
- Club Development
- Education
- Competition and
- League Development Coach and Volunteer Development
To apply you would need the following:
- A proven track record in football/sports development or similar activity
- An understanding of football development initiatives introduced by The Football
Association - An understanding of the role and responsibilities of a County Football Association
- The ability to work under pressure in a demanding environment
- The ability to produce strategic documents, work plans, and meet deadlines
- Sound communication skills with experience of giving public presentations
- Be fully IT literate
- Be prepared to work evenings and weekends as may be required
Based at London’s County FA’s Headquarters, Fulham, South West London, candidates
should also have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to influence at all levels. You
need to be able to work some evenings and weekends when required.
