Good Practice Awards

Making women & girls more active

As part of the work WSF Yorkshire are doing with our regional partners, we are seeking examples of the excellent work that is taking place in Yorkshire to engage women and girls in sport and physical activity.

Whether you are based in a school, club or community, all the projects you tell us about will help to raise the levels of opportunity by sharing good practice. A handbook will be developed from the entries, and projects will be showcased in this regional resource, with prizes being awarded for the best work. We are also planning to hold training events in the four counties, which will also highlight the good work in your area.

Please fill out an Expression of Interest form, pass them on to partners who are working with women and girls, and get involved.
